Manufacturer warranties
We are accredited installers for leading boiler brands, which means longer warranties than fitting through a non-accredited installer:
- Worcester Bosch — up to 10 years (subject to model and annual servicing)
- Vaillant — up to 10 years (Advance installer benefit)
- Ideal — up to 12 years on Vogue
- Baxi, ATAG, Viessmann — typically 7 to 10 years
Manufacturer warranties usually require an annual service to remain valid. We send a free reminder one month before yours is due.
How to make a claim
- Call us on 07833 124134 or email — quote your install date.
- We will book a diagnosis visit, normally within 48 hours.
- If it is a manufacturer part defect, we liaise with the manufacturer directly so you do not have to.
What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, frost damage from unheated property, or hard-water scale where a softener was recommended and declined
- Modifications by other trades after our install
- Lapsed manufacturer warranties due to missed annual servicing
